Fast Fine Restaurant Group is creating a new segment in the

Fast Fine Restaurant Group is a Los Angeles and Stockholm based hospitality and
lifestyle company with a growing portfolio of restaurants. Born in Stockholm and
Madrid, longtime friends Christian Lagerlöf and Benjamin Calleja established Fast
Fine Restaurant Group in 2017 after years of working independently. Their vision
was born out of a need to bring experiential, thoughtful and efficient concepts to
the Stockholm and Los Angeles markets and, eventually, all over the world.
With a passion for innovative hospitality, Christian and Benjamin have the ambition
of growing a world class team to disrupt the restaurant industry by proving that
style does not have to be sacrificed for value.
To this day, this emphasis on operational excellence and unique guest
experiences remains at the core of Fast Fine.

We enable AI-driven technology solutions within our environment to enhance guest

Christian brought the highly successful
restaurant concept Vapiano to Sweden in
2007 and worked as its CEO until end of
His current focus is developing the Fast
Fine restaurant group, while
simultaneously advising PE companies
and other investors regarding the
Prior to entering the restaurant industry,
Christian worked in the telecoms industry.
He holds an MBA from Stockholm School
of Economics, a MSc in electrical
engineering from the Royal Institute of
engineering, and a MSc in finance from
Stockholm school of Business.
Founder of Livit (www.livit.design), worlds
largest restaurant design company, active
in 40 countries over 5 continents,
developing a new restaurant every 8h
somewhere in the world.
He is board member in various
Scandinavian companies and advisor to
several international private equity funds .
Benjamin holds two Master of Architecture
degrees and is considered a international
expert in the area of Hospitality design
and technology, being lecturer at
conferences, events and masters.
